Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command–Rock Island, on behalf of Headquarters, U.S. Army Sustainment Command, seeks one brand-name Spotter Global C40-EXT compact surveillance radar system with a 50-foot shielded Cat5 cable, PQT connector, RJ45 connection, and waterproof coupler. The requirement also includes NetworkedIO software for video-AI classification of up to three cameras, 100-point active tracking, 40-point RTSP streaming to a video management system, and 40-point Spotter radar integration. The contractor must provide firm-fixed pricing for the equipment, software licenses, manufacturer-certified commissioning by a Spotter Global field service expert, and travel expenses. Commissioning includes site calibration, zone mapping, radar sensitivity configuration, and camera hand-off validation. Hardware and software are required within 30 calendar days after contract award, with commissioning coordinated within 60 days of hardware receipt. Quotes must demonstrate genuine Spotter Global products, required technical characteristics, authorized distributor or manufacturer status, company information, applicable representations and certifications, and any proposed commercial license terms.
