Description
The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center is seeking a firm-fixed-price quote for 84,000 UTM 01-3090 9mm battlefield blank rounds and 18,000 UTM 01-0963 5.56mm battlefield blank rounds. The 9mm rounds must be non-toxic and have a noise level of 148 dB at a 20-inch (0.5-meter) standoff distance; the 5.56mm rounds must be non-toxic and have a noise level of 144 dB at the same standoff distance. The quote must include pricing for the ammunition and freight, with shipping costs included in the applicable contract line-item prices. Award will be based on price and technical capability, which are approximately equal in importance. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The solicitation requires the RFQ number, a schedule of pricing, and applicable offeror identification information, including SAM, UEI, taxpayer identification, organization, and CAGE information where applicable.
