Royal Independent School District is seeking a qualified Program Manager to provide comprehensive program management services for the construction of a new district high school and other assigned projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for primary management of all project matters, including budget and fiscal oversight, schedule control, quality control, and coordination with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Key duties include developing and maintaining a Master Program Schedule, managing the program budget, overseeing contract procurement, conducting pre-construction meetings, monitoring pay applications, and ensuring project closeout. The Program Manager must provide an on-site team and maintain regular reporting to the District. The contract is based on the AIA Document C171-2013 standard form and includes requirements for insurance, criminal history checks, and compliance with Texas education laws.
