Description
Buchanan County, Virginia, is seeking proposals for eight generators, including five 600-amp transfer switches and three 400-amp transfer switches, along with startup services. The generators will be installed at eight county facilities: Harman Gym, Big Rock Gym, Poplar Gap Gym, the Trey Adkins Athletic Center in Hurley, Council Community Center, Whitewood Community Center, J.M. Bevins Community Center, and the Russell Prater Community Center. Interested vendors must request the full RFP document from the County Administrator, which contains the County's detailed submittal requirements. Responses must include one original suitable for copying and five copies. The County will review proposals, select the best-qualified company for further discussion, and negotiate contract details.
