Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting a small business to provide noon boxed meals for applicants processing through the Honolulu Military Entrance Processing Station. The period of performance begins December 1, 2026, or the date of contract award, whichever is later, and runs through November 30, 2027, with two one-year option periods. Because meals will be delivered and served on a military installation, the contractor must pass a Veterinary Service Food Protection Audit and provide products from an approved food preparation facility. The apparent successful offeror must obtain food-facility approval before contract award and coordinate with veterinary inspection personnel to schedule the audit.
