The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a follow-on, sole-source service contract for continuous water monitoring equipment support and a web-based data management system supporting the existing Potable Water Analytics Monitoring System at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. The requirement covers 18 installed Phigenics WME-1175 PWA Advanced Monitoring Systems and identifies Phigenics, LLC as the original equipment manufacturer. Required support includes remote technical assistance, cellular communications, software licensing, web-based data management, data storage, reporting, system monitoring, and maintenance, in accordance with VHA Directive 1061.
