Description
The City seeks statements of qualifications from engineering firms to provide continuing, open-ended professional engineering services on an as-needed basis through individual task orders. The scope may include civil, transportation, water and wastewater, drainage, structural, mechanical, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, and related engineering services supporting municipal capital improvement projects. The City intends to select up to six firms for a five-year on-call list, but does not guarantee any assignments or minimum work. Task orders will define the scope, schedule, and compensation. Firms must demonstrate at least five years of relevant public-agency engineering experience in Arizona and provide project experience, team qualifications, and past-performance references. The SOQ is limited to 25 single-sided pages, including appendices, on 8.5-by-11-inch pages with a minimum 12-point font, and must be submitted as a PDF through the OpenGov Procurement Portal. The evaluation includes a local-presence criterion, with points for an office and staff in Yuma County and knowledge of San Luis and Yuma County.
