Description
The district is seeking quotes for internet access and data transmission at two sites: 1 Gbps for a school and 500 Mbps for an annex. Installation and initial configuration are requested for both services. Quotes must itemize ineligible costs, include all applicable fees and Arizona sales tax, identify the provider's SPIN and the Form 470 number, and remain valid for the contract term. The provider must offer SPI or BEAR invoicing and comply with applicable FCC pricing and covered-equipment restrictions. The procurement notice states that this is not a formal sealed bid/RFP process.
