ERIE COUNTY ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID SUNY ECC City Campus Various ADA Upgrades Phase 2 PROJECT NO. 2022-955-01 Separate sealed bids for General, Mechanical/Plumbing and Electrical Construction work for the above project will be received by the County’s Commissioner of Public Works in Suite 1400 of the Rath County Office Building, 95 Franklin Street, Buffalo, New York 14202 until 10:30 AM local time on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. NYSDOL Certificate of Contractor Registration, NYS Vendor Responsibility Form CCA-2 A/B/C, NYSDOL wage rates, MBE/WBE/SDVOB, Apprenticeship program, and Local and Disadvantaged Workforce requirements may apply to this project. Erie County is soliciting separate sealed bids for General Construction, Mechanical/Plumbing Construction, and Electrical Construction for the SUNY ECC City Campus Phase 2 Various ADA Upgrades project, ECDPW Project No. 2022-955-01. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud after the submission deadline. Bidding documents, specifications, and drawings must be downloaded directly from the Erie County Department of Public Works website so the bidder can receive addenda and related communications. The project requires a bid bond equal to 5% of the bid amount. The notice also identifies Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, Women-Owned Business, and Minority-Owned Business utilization requirements, New York State certified apprenticeship-program participation, and potentially applicable Erie County Executive Order #18 provisions. A pre-bid conference and site visit are scheduled for September 21, 2026.
