Description
Eastern Kentucky University is establishing a price contract for maroon-and-white satin Latin Honors stoles for graduating students. Each stole must include the text “Latin Honors” and the university seal. The university estimates ordering 600 stoles for spring commencement and 400 for fall commencement each year, although quantities may vary and are not guaranteed. Pricing must include delivery, and vendors must provide samples for review before award consideration. The initial contract term runs from the award date through July 31, 2027, with four additional one-year renewal options. The university may award the bid in whole or in part and may award multiple vendors. Bidders must submit the required signed and completed procurement forms, acknowledge applicable addenda, provide three similar-project references, and submit sample stoles for review. Sustainable product or service options may also be identified in the response.
