Description
This Request for Information seeks capability descriptions from commercial and academic developers of prophylactic medical countermeasures built on established or proven platform technologies. The program is interested in approaches targeting one or more chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear threats, including nucleic acid, viral vector, recombinant protein, and nanoparticle platforms; broad-spectrum countermeasures; immune modifiers and adjuvants; and alternative delivery methods such as microneedle patches, intranasal, oral, or inhaled formulations. The stated objective is to advance candidate products toward Phase I or Phase II clinical trials, with potential future development or procurement under a separate agreement.
