Description
Copper Valley Community Library is soliciting responsive bids for Category 1 Internet access and data transmission at multiple bandwidth levels from 50 Mbps through 5 Gbps. Proposals may use fiber or non-fiber transport and must identify the offered bandwidth, transport technology, last-mile and middle-mile methods where applicable, contention ratio or dedicated-circuit status, usage limits, required leased equipment, and complete recurring, non-recurring, installation, equipment, surcharge, and usage-based pricing. A one-year pricing option is required, while multi-year and month-to-month options may also be considered. The library is also seeking Category 2 managed internal broadband services, including leased and existing equipment, software, licensing, bandwidth quotas, usage monitoring, access prioritization or blocking, content filtering, and malware blocking. Eligible and ineligible costs must be separately identified, and proposed equipment must include manufacturer, model, and SKU or part number. Bidders must specifically reference FCC Form 470 #270001717, hold a valid SPIN/498 ID, provide discounted billing through the Service Provider Invoice method, and submit a complete solution and pricing package.
