TerraPower LLC is seeking a supplier to fabricate Primary Control Rod Assembly testing components and Primary CRA Mechanical Methods Development components, including tube inner ducts. The solicitation concerns fabrication of components used for control rod assembly testing and mechanical methods development. The project package contains Export Controlled Information. Bidders must sign the opportunity nondisclosure agreement before accessing the project materials. Sub-tier partners that receive TerraPower confidential information must also sign the applicable NDA; additional U.S.-person and authorization requirements apply when sub-tier partners participate in pre-award meetings involving export-controlled information.
