Description
The City of Cornwall is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver an automated intersection traffic counting device capable of conducting automated turning movement counts and counting vehicles across multiple lanes. The device must support year-round operation in Canadian climates and is intended to replace the City's current manual counting program, which conducts approximately 120 to 250 intersection counts annually.
