Description
The Minnesota Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, other state agencies, and members of the State's Cooperative Purchasing Venture, is soliciting proposals from one or multiple vendors to provide breath-testing preliminary screening devices, dry gas cylinders, and related materials on an as-needed basis. The contract will begin upon final execution for an initial 12-month term, with renewal options for up to an additional 48 months by written agreement. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by October 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM Central Time; non-electronic and email responses will not be accepted. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for October 19, 2026, at 9:30 AM Central Time at MSEOC, 3925 Pheasant Ridge Drive NE, Blaine, Minnesota 55449. Responders must check in at the gate and meet in front of the building. Registration with Kara Ramm is required by October 16, 2026, at 3:30 PM Central Time; the pre-proposal meeting access information is also obtained by contacting her before October 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM Central Time.
