Moapa Valley Water District is soliciting construction bids for the Narrows 3.1-million-gallon prestressed concrete water tank project. The work includes site grading and earthwork; construction of inlet control and outlet meter vaults; and associated tank piping. The tank will provide emergency reserve capacity for the southern portion of the district's service area and connect to adjacent 12-inch and 24-inch transmission lines. Plans and specifications will be available after September 30, 2026, through the designated plan room. Bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline. A pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
