Description
The City of North Las Vegas is soliciting bids for installation of infrastructure from Apex Power Parkway to an elevated water storage tank to provide permanent power, including associated site improvements and appurtenances. The project must be completed within 60 consecutive calendar days after the construction start date specified in the Notice to Proceed, including punch-list resolution, final cleanup, and demobilization. The estimated project value is $500,000 to $750,000. The solicitation package includes a bid invitation, as-built drawings, a geotechnical report, project plans, and specifications. A final 1% subcontractor list must be included with the bid proposal or submitted by email within two hours after bid opening.
