The Nuclear Networks Division within the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center is conducting a pre-solicitation industry outreach notice for the forthcoming Strategic Messaging System procurement. Interested companies must state their interest in participating as a prime contractor and provide unclassified email addresses for up to three individuals who should receive further guidance about obtaining the future solicitation. Responses must include the designated government and support-contractor recipients identified in the notice. This is an information-gathering notice rather than the final solicitation; additional information gathering is expected before the solicitation is released. Support contractors, including BAE Systems, may review submitted information under applicable nondisclosure arrangements.
