Description
The U.S. Embassy in Athens is preparing a solicitation for refinishing residential and/or office furniture. The anticipated performance period is two years. Contractors must operate an established business and hold all required licenses and permits; the notice also states that the contractor must have a permanent address in Athens, Greece. The notice is a presolicitation and says the solicitation is not yet ready for issuance. It anticipates electronic offers by email, with a 25 MB maximum per email; attachments may be in ZIP or PDF format. Offers exceeding the limit must be split across separate emails, each under 25 MB. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management before submitting an offer.
