Description
Accelerated Learning Center is seeking bids for one bundled Category 1 service providing internet access and data transmission from 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps. The requirement includes installation and initial configuration, a leased router, all taxes and fees, and SPI invoicing. The selected contract should allow bandwidth upgrades without extending the original contract term. Quotes must guarantee service delivery, must not be budgetary or generic vendor pricelists, and must separately identify eligible and ineligible products or services. Proposed pricing must comply with the FCC Lowest Corresponding Price Rule, and covered communications equipment or services restricted under applicable FCC national-security supply-chain rules are ineligible. The procurement is not a formal sealed-bid or RFP process.
