Description
The City of Cape May is soliciting sealed bids for flood protection and climate resiliency improvements to the Cape May seawall from Madison Avenue to Wilmington Avenue. Bids must use the bid form prepared by Colliers Engineering & Design and comply with the project specifications. The submission must include an original bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for at least 5% of the bid amount, along with a surety certificate stating that the surety will provide the completion bond. The successful contractor and named subcontractors must satisfy applicable New Jersey public-works registration, business-registration, prevailing-wage, affirmative-action, disclosure, permitting, and other statutory requirements.
