Description
Bourgade Catholic High School is soliciting Category One internet access and data transmission services with bandwidth options from 1 Gbps through 5 Gbps, priced in 1 Gbps increments. The solicitation requests one-, three-, and five-year contract options; three- and five-year options must allow upgrades to the quoted bandwidth during the contract term. Contracts are contingent on E-Rate funding. The scope includes recurring internet bandwidth charges; direct handoff to the school's existing local area network; special construction and installation, including trenching, boring, plowing, conduit, handholes, vaults, poles, fiber cable, splicing, termination, labeling, testing, acceptance, and project management; necessary network equipment and software; and maintenance and operation of eligible network equipment. Vendors must provide outage reporting, basic technical support without additional service fees, and a service-level agreement. The completed E-Rate Service Provider Bid Response Worksheet is required with the proposal.
