Description
The County of Santa Barbara is soliciting bids for an upgrade to the Building Energy Management System (BEMS) at the Lompoc Health Campus. This project involves removing the existing controls and installing new Honeywell Optimizer Controls. The selected contractor will be responsible for all necessary controls programming, and must adhere to ITD security protocols. This project includes work at both the Lompoc Wellness Center and the Lompoc Public Health Center. The scope involves upgrading thermostats and ensuring all programming meets ITD security requirements. Existing mechanical equipment and distribution systems are to remain in place.
