Description
The City of Amarillo is soliciting bids for an annual contract to provide window cleaning services at Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport. The scope covers windows and glass areas throughout the airport facilities, including parking garages, terminal ticketing and baggage areas, passenger screening areas, concourses, lounges, dining and retail spaces, conference rooms, restrooms, and related airport operations areas. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, training, tools, equipment, supplies, and other accessories necessary to perform the work, including care of existing window film. The contract has an initial one-year term with four additional one-year extension options. The successful contractor must comply with airport access, safety, prevailing-wage, insurance, and operational requirements. A proposal bond of at least 5% of the total bid is required at submission, and pricing must be submitted as one lot using the City's required forms and bid worksheet.
