Description
Perryton Independent School District is soliciting proposals for two leased lit-fiber wide-area-network connections supporting internet access and data transmission. The requested capacity is 5 to 10 Gbps, and installation and initial configuration are requested. The associated RFP specifies that equivalent, higher-quality, lower-quantity, or more cost-effective service offerings may be considered. Technical support and installation/configuration are dependent on the requested service, and eligible installation costs may be paid over four years. Vendors must register in the designated RFP system, submit proposals electronically through that system, and submit questions through the system for public response and addenda. The proposal must comply with the Texas Education Agency Financial Accountability Guidelines, Module 5: Purchasing.
