Description
Perryton Independent School District is soliciting proposals for a fully managed leased lit-fiber Ethernet WAN connecting the district administration office to Perryton High School and Perryton Junior High School. The requested bandwidth is scalable from 5 Gbps to 10 Gbps, with bids requested at 5, 6, 8, and 10 Gbps increments. Two connections are requested, and installation, activation, initial configuration, maintenance, and technical support are required. Proposals must separate eligible and non-eligible costs, include bandwidth scalability during the contract term, and include voluntary-extension options unless the service is month-to-month. If special construction charges apply, vendors should offer installment payments of up to four years for the district’s non-discounted share. Vendors must complete the attached Perryton_C1 Vendor attachment spreadsheet and comply with applicable Texas Education Agency purchasing guidelines and E-Rate requirements.
