Description
The City of Farmington is seeking quotes for 16 lines of electrical warehouse supplies in estimated quantities, including 500 MCM aluminum URD cable, PVC conduit elbows and couplings, suspension clamps, machine and spool bolts, pedestal connectors, service entrance caps, wildlife guards, preformed guy grips, street-light fuses, pole-top pins, crossarm saddle plates, pipe-wrap and electrical tape, and high-voltage silicone grease. Several items require specified or approved manufacturers and products, while others permit approved equals; all supplies must be new and conform to the specifications. The City may order quantities periodically as needed, may purchase more or less than the estimated quantities, and will accept deliveries at locations identified in individual orders within Farmington. Bidders must use the provided bid schedule, identify any exceptions on a separate page, provide unit prices and delivery information, and complete the required tax estimate certification. The bid schedule also requires acknowledgment that the response was read and understood, payment-discount information if applicable, and the bidder's calendar-day delivery estimate. No gross receipts tax sales apply to lines 10 through 16.
