Submission Instructions
Description
Dallas Area Rapid Transit is requesting quotes for relay-related electrical accessories and parts classified under NIGP 55940, Electrical Accessories and Parts, Not Lighting. Vendors must complete the required online BidTable and include freight in the overall price under FOB Destination terms. Delivery timing and delivery rates are material requirements, and the purchase order is subject to the authority’s purchase order terms and conditions, including inspection at destination, Net 30 payment terms, and termination provisions. The solicitation requires vendors to answer whether they are registered in the authority’s INFOR supplier portal. Supporting documentation is optional. Detailed item, quantity, pricing, and delivery information is available in the online BidTable after registration and initiation of the submission process.
