Description
The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority is soliciting bids for 275 line items of miscellaneous electrical supplies. Bidders must provide a price for each line item, including shipping and handling, and the Authority may award by the lowest total or by individual bid groups. Goods must be new and conform to the specifications; product literature or specification sheets may be requested within 24 hours after bid opening. The initial contract term is estimated at 24 months, with up to three additional 12-month extensions by mutual written agreement. The response must include the completed Bid Form, Disclosure of Ownership & Principals, and Conflict of Interest & Litigation Statement as one packet. The bid form requires an estimated grand total, any discount, average delivery time, and an authorized signature.
