Description
The City of North St. Paul is soliciting electronic proposals for group medical and dental insurance. Proposals must be clearly identified as insurance proposals for the city and submitted electronically by the stated deadline. The city may accept or reject proposals in whole or in part, waive informalities or irregularities, and renew its current plans with the incumbent carrier if that proposal best satisfies the evaluation criteria. Proposal specifications may be obtained from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.
