Description
The 99th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source delivery order for the purchase of 57 IAS Mani units. The notice states that this is not a competitive solicitation and that no solicitation document exists; interested parties may submit a capability statement to demonstrate an ability to meet the requirement. The capability statement must include technical data and cost information sufficient to demonstrate capability. Responses must be submitted by email as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment, with all attachments totaling less than 10 MB. The manufacturer certificate identifies Gans & Pugh Associates, Inc. as the sole and exclusive distributor of Claresys Standard Kits for the United States military, intelligence, and federal law-enforcement markets through December 31, 2026.
