Description
The Nevada Department of Tourism and Cultural Affairs, Museums and History Division, is soliciting an open-market purchase for one SD28-3 #652 locomotive. The scope includes transportation, installation of a Dash3 adhesion system, partial low-voltage rewiring, installation of two RV-style air conditioners and one inverter for the air-conditioning units, installation of one set of flange lubricators, completion of a fresh 1004 inspection with air valves, and painting at the museum site. The museum will supply the vinyl. This is identified as a one-time goods purchase, with electronic quotes permitted. Vendors must confirm that all requirements of Item 1 are met.
