Description
The City of Trenton, Department of Housing and Economic Development, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide services for a proactive business attraction campaign. The campaign will focus on critical corridors within the Trenton Urban Enterprise Zone, building upon previous work that included commercial inventory, demand studies, and recruitment material production. The chosen consultant will continue outreach to targeted businesses, aiming to fill approximately 40 vacant commercial spaces, update and expand the commercial property inventory, and train City staff on business attraction strategies. The contract will be for one year with an option to extend for an additional year.
