Description
The University of Tennessee Health Sciences is soliciting bids from licensed and qualified general contractors to perform boiler repairs across multiple buildings under the UTHSC Multiple Building Boiler Repairs project. Bidding documents are available in PDF format through designated plan rooms and construction-document providers. A five percent bid security is required in the form of a bid bond or a certified or cashier’s check payable to the State of Tennessee. Bids must be submitted at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Facilities Training Room No. 239 by the stated deadline. A pre-bid conference will be held both in person and via Zoom.
