Description
Memphis-Shelby County Schools is seeking a qualified consultant firm to strengthen leadership coaching and organizational leadership capacity among Instructional Leadership Coaches, Regional Superintendents, Executive Staff, and other designated leaders responsible for coaching and developing principals. The scope includes assessing current coaching practices, providing job-embedded and shadow coaching during authentic school and leadership activities, observing coaching interactions, delivering feedback and rehearsal opportunities, supporting implementation of the District's established coaching model, and developing coaching observation, feedback, calibration, and progress-monitoring tools. The selected respondent will analyze leadership and coaching trends, provide regular progress reports and recommendations, facilitate professional learning responsive to identified needs, and build the District's internal capacity to sustain the work after consultant support ends. The engagement is a Request for Qualifications; respondents must not submit pricing. Responses must address experience, organizational capacity, methodology, references, financial stability, and the required forms, affidavits, certifications, and insurance documentation.
