Description
Westchester County is soliciting a contractor to perform annual inspection and testing of Westchester Community College's fire sprinkler system under a five-year contract. The scope includes the main campus and the Peekskill and Mount Vernon locations; hydrant services apply only at the main campus. The contract is for inspection only and does not include repairs. Addendum No. 1 confirms that the three-year full-trip and three-year air-leakage tests must be included in pricing and that pricing covers all five years of annual inspections.
