Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price construction contract to run power to three bulk fuel tanks at Camas National Wildlife Refuge. The work includes running approximately 50 feet of 120 VAC power from an existing source, trenching and installing conduit, wiring the tanks and 20 GPM metered pumps to code, and installing a code-compliant emergency shutoff switch. A certified electrician with the necessary knowledge and skills is required. The project is a total small-business set-aside and will be awarded based on the lowest evaluated price without discussions. The project magnitude is under $10,000. The anticipated performance period is October 14 through November 13, 2026, with performance to begin as soon as possible and no later than October 22, 2026. The quotation must include the completed SF 1442, applicable signed amendments, Section B pricing, and applicable representations and certifications.
