Description
The Manitoba Water Services Board is soliciting construction services for approximately 4,450 metres of 250-millimetre-diameter HDPE water supply pipeline installed using trenchless methods. The pipeline will connect the Cartier Regional Water Treatment Plant near St. Eustache with the community’s existing water distribution system. The work includes associated construction, an encased provincial road crossing, and a provincial waterway crossing. Construction is planned in stages during fall 2026 and spring 2027 and must be coordinated with separate water treatment plant upgrades. The engineer’s estimate is $1,400,225.00, and the listed contract duration is 24 months.
