Description
Merritt Independent School District 2 is requesting bids for 10 UniFi USW-Pro-HD-24-PoE switches or compatible equivalent equipment under its Category 2 internal-connections requirements. Bidders must provide detailed equipment descriptions, including make and model, functionality, entity location, total cost, ineligible portions, and applicable one-time charges. Installation and initial configuration are required and must be priced separately from the equipment. Bids must include all costs, clearly identify any ineligible products or services, specify service-level agreements, identify the bidder's business name and SPIN, and present the corresponding contract at the time of bidding. The district may award all or part of the project, subject to E-rate funding and school-board approval; price is the primary evaluation factor.
