Description
The City of Lawton is soliciting bids for sludge dewatering polymer, a commodity product used in its wastewater treatment operations. Bids will be evaluated primarily on delivered cost per pound and cost per ton, using feed-rate calculations and weight tickets, while service is also an important consideration. The awarded vendor will supply the polymer on a requirements basis, with quantities ordered as needed during the contract period. The initial term is 12 months, from February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2028, with up to two additional one-year option periods. The bid packet requires the signed and notarized Invitation for Bid and Contract, Affidavit for Payments in Excess of $25,000.00, signed Contractor's Certificate of Compliance with Non-Discrimination Provisions, Department Specifications and Price Sheet with comments if applicable, and a signed Form W-9. Equivalent products must meet or exceed the specifications and include identifying manufacturer information and supporting descriptive literature or specifications.
