Description
The Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority is requesting quotes for 28 hot-dip-galvanized, direct-embedment steel poles for delivery to one site in Marlow, Oklahoma. The requested quantities are one 90-foot Class H1 pole, six 80-foot Class H1 poles, eight 75-foot Class H1 poles, and thirteen 65-foot Class H1 poles. The poles must include welded butt plates and top caps, drainage provisions, below-grade UV-stabilized coating of at least 20 mils, jacking nuts, up to eight pre-drilled holes per pole, and four zinc-coated grounding inserts per pole. Each pole must be permanently marked with specified manufacturer, ownership, dimensional, capacity, and weight information. The updated materials state that bids are due October 22, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Central Time, following an amendment extending the original October 8 deadline. The package also includes required Non-Collusion and Business Relationships affidavits, which must be completed, signed, and notarized. Expected delivery is approximately 23–25 weeks after ordering, although no specific required delivery date is stated.
