Description
The Hawaii Department of Health seeks a contractor to conduct public health workforce research on providers offering home birth and community-based midwifery services. The research must include certified nurse-midwives and other providers, such as certified midwives and/or certified professional midwives. Findings will be used to update provider-to-population ratios in the Health Resources and Services Administration Bureau of Health Workforce Shortage Designation Management System.
