Description
SEEQS is soliciting bids for Category 1 Internet access and data transmission services, including an Internet service provider connection and transport circuit delivered to its campus. Requested service options include symmetric fiber at 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 2 Gbps, as well as asymmetric non-fiber service at 1 Gbps/100 Mbps and 2 Gbps/200 Mbps. The solution must support a minimum bandwidth of 1 Gbps/100 Mbps, with the ability to increase service up to 2 Gbps/200 Mbps during the contract term and any extension options. Vendors must separately identify installation and configuration costs when applicable and itemize taxes and surcharges. The solicitation offers either a three-year or five-year contract structure, with services beginning July 1, 2027, and two voluntary 12-month extensions. Bidders must provide a valid 498 ID (SPIN), identify eligible and ineligible costs, provide the Lowest Corresponding Price, support either SPI or BEAR payment methods, and agree to maintain a current FCC Form 473 (SPAC). Price is the primary evaluation factor, followed by technical compliance, relevant experience, E-Rate capability, and proximity of the vendor’s closest service center.
