Description
Kulia Academy is soliciting bids for Category 1 dedicated synchronous leased-fiber Internet access bundled with a transport circuit. The requested service must provide a minimum of 1 Gbps, with pricing and the ability to increase bandwidth through tiers up to 5 Gbps during the contract term. Vendors must identify eligible and ineligible services and costs, taxes and surcharges, and any installation or configuration charges associated with new service or upgrades. The contract may run for three or five years, with services commencing July 1, 2027, and expiring June 30, 2030, or June 30, 2032, respectively, followed by two voluntary 12-month extensions. Bidders must include a valid 498 ID (SPIN), provide the Lowest Corresponding Price, agree to SPI or BEAR payment options, and submit a written agreement to maintain a current FCC Form 473 (SPAC). Award is contingent on funding approval and local board approval. Evaluation emphasizes price, technical compliance, vendor experience in school, school-district, or library environments, E-Rate compliance, and proximity of the vendor's closest service center for on-site support.
