Description
This Request for Information seeks vendors capable of providing up to twelve full-size or standard commercial SUVs on continuous six-month leases to support rotational personnel, logistics movement, and transit on Oahu, Hawaii. Vehicles must seat up to three adults and accommodate at least nine large military duffel bags or suitcases per vehicle. The anticipated requirement includes vehicle provision, administrative management, preventive maintenance, insurance coverage, customer support, unlimited mileage, up to three authorized government drivers per vehicle, 24/7 roadside assistance, and equivalent replacement vehicles within four hours of notification for breakdowns, servicing, or safety recalls. Vendors must be licensed commercial car rental agencies with airport-servicing facilities, commercial customer service and dispatch capabilities, and electronic billing systems compatible with government invoicing platforms. Respondents must submit a capability statement addressing administrative information and their approach to meeting the draft Statement of Work; this RFI does not request proposals or commit the Government to an award.
