Description
The City of San Clemente, California is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide pigeon trapping and rehoming services at the San Clemente Pier. The contractor will conduct weekly visits to two pigeon traps mounted on the restaurant and bar concessions at the base of the pier, removing trapped pigeons of the genus Columbidae for rehoming outside the city, and releasing any non-target species back into the local environment. The contractor must perform all work with necessary permits, minimize disruption to public use, and provide weekly reports with photos. The contract is expected to be for a 3-year term, with a fixed price award.
