Description
The Rye Neck Union Free School District is soliciting bids for electrical upgrades at two of its facilities: the Rye Neck Middle/High School and the Rye Neck Middle/High School Gymnasium Building. This project involves comprehensive electrical system improvements. Bidders can obtain complete digital sets of bidding documents, drawings, and specifications online at LAN.BIDDYHQ.COM under 'public projects'. Physical sets can be obtained from Biddy c/o Lohrius Blueprint, 226 Newtown Road, Plainview, NY 11803, for a deposit of $100. All technical questions should be directed to LAN, Attention Danielle Farrell, AIA, at 845-615-0350 or danielle.farrell@lanassociates.com. Bidders must comply with all applicable laws, including "Equal Opportunity for Employment" requirements. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified check or Bid Bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. Bids cannot be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after the bid opening.
