Submission Instructions
Description
Cherokee County School District is soliciting bids for new vehicles for various district departments. The requirements include three 2027 Ford Transit-250 cargo vans or equivalents, four 2026 Chevrolet Express 3500 commercial cutaway vans or equivalents, and four 2027 Ford F-250 4x4 Super Cab pickup trucks or equivalents. Vehicles must meet the stated specifications, include the specified warranty coverage, and be delivered at the dealer's expense to the district's Bus Shop 1 within one week of award. Pricing must include applicable dealer overhead, preparation, pre-delivery servicing, delivery, registration-related considerations, and an initial tank of fuel up to $250 per vehicle. Bidders must provide pricing for each vehicle, warranty and authorized repair information, local service locations, required certifications and compliance forms, a current certificate of insurance, at least five business references, and any deviations or additional charges. The district may award to multiple vendors, and all submissions must be made electronically through the procurement portal.
