Description
The City of New York Department of Sanitation is soliciting bids for demolition and replacement of the Bronx Community Districts 9, 10, and 11 Garage at 800 Zerega Avenue, Bronx, New York, and construction of the South Lot Swing Space at 530 Zerega Avenue, Bronx, New York. The solicitation package includes Addendum 1, two construction document volumes, and a bid booklet. This is an invitation for bids for an in-person construction project with a mandatory virtual pre-bid conference. The anticipated contract period runs from July 1, 2027, through March 26, 2034. Past performance is required, and bid, payment, and performance bonds are identified as requirements.
