Description
Hudspeth County is soliciting bids for furnishing and delivering highway diesel, off-road dyed-red diesel, unleaded gasoline, propane, and 15W40 oil to County sites. The bid schedule identifies estimated quantities of 4,000 gallons each for highway diesel, off-road diesel, and propane; 575 gallons of unleaded gasoline; and three 55-gallon drums of 15W40 oil. Bidders must provide unit prices and furnish the associated equipment, labor, and supervision for delivery. The period of performance is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Responses must be submitted on the provided forms, sealed and labeled as specified. The County expects to award to the responsive, responsible bidder offering the lowest or most advantageous bid and may award all or portions of the requested services.
